I'm really bad about stress-eating so I'm really trying to watch it this semester.

P.S. I can't imagine being one of 2 SLPs. This part of the year has been hectic with a bunch of evals from birth-3 and preschool evals coming in after the screenings a couple of months back. On a separate note, I used to use a website/app called SparkPeople to track my calories eaten and exercise. They have some great graphs and you can input your goals and all. After I have this baby, I'm going to have to get back to using it...but I've heard really good things about MyFitnessPal as well.

Rebecca
Talking With RebeccaRebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00060047068112699104noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4654840606752489928.post-30324537812137629842013-01-27T18:35:00.610-05:002013-01-27T18:35:00.610-05:00Thank you! There are only 4 SLPs in my district and we are stretched pretty thin. We only get together every other month during our SLP/Psychologist meetings. Hey - hang in there!Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03623487060488110434noreply@blogger.com
